Horizon Behavioral Health (HBH) has been providing interventional psychiatric services in Southeast Georgia since 2011 and is locally owned and operated.

With an average of 3,000 appointments available each month, we are well-equipped to schedule new patients promptly and meet the growing demand for accessible mental health care.
While in-person care is our priority, telemedicine services offer added flexibility for qualified patients who may not be able to visit one of our offices regularly, allowing us to expand access to high-quality treatment across the state.
We are honored to serve a large military population due to our proximity to Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. We accept TRICARE and are a participating provider of the Veterans Choice Program. Many of our team members are military spouses or veterans themselves, giving us a unique perspective on the challenges military families face.
